Delivery & Returns

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed safely and securely.

Please note that Apple Pay can only be used for single-product purchases and doesn't allow discount codes to be applied.

Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.

DELIVERY
We deliver with Royal Mail using a tracked and signed service. Despatch and tracking information will be automatically emailed to all customers. Delivery timescales and costs are as follows;

UK
Standard Delivery - 3-5 Business Days - Free
Express Delivery - 1-2 Business Days - £4.00

EUROPE
Express Delivery - 3-5 Business Days - £9.00

REST OF WORLD
Express Delivery - 5-7 Business Days - £11.00

All orders placed before 21:00 GMT will be despatched the following business day.
Delivery times may be affected during public holidays and busy periods.

There are expected delays in despatching and delivering orders due to the new UK Coronavirus restrictions. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return or exchange an item, you must first email us at hello@guerraclothing.co.uk with the reason why you wish to return or exchange. You must also include your order number which can be found on the packaging slip or on your order confirmation email.

We will only accept a return or an exchange within 5 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a refund if your request comes after the 5 day period or if the item is returned in an unsaleable condition.

Unfortunately we don't currently offer free returns and are unable to reimburse any returning delivery costs. We recommend that all international returns are marked as 'return' to avoid any customs charges.
